Hi I’m Justin Smith! With 20 years of experience in the Fitness and nutrition space, I have witnessed all of the great benefits that come with adopting a healthy lifestyle through resistance training and proper nutrition. Less stress, better sleep, less brain fog, and a better sense of well-being, just to name a few. Coaching others and seeing the positive effects proper eating and exercise bring to their lives is truly an experience like no other. To see a client change their physical appearance is great but what really excites me is seeing them break away from the norm of society and become healthier, goal-oriented individuals in return making them better parents, team members, athletes, entrepreneurs, or whatever goal it is they have in mind.

Hello! I'm Bre, a passionate personal trainer, mom, and coach dedicated to helping individuals transform their lives through fitness and wellness. My journey into the fitness world began in 2015 when my now husband introduced me to the world of bodybuilding. In 2019, I took it to the next level and competed in two bodybuilding competitions, and it has grown into a lifelong commitment to empowering others.
I hold a ISSA Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification and a ISSA Nutritionist Certification, and I continue to expand my knowledge through ongoing education in fitness and health. With five years of experience in personal training, I have worked with a diverse range of clients, from beginners to advanced athletes, helping them achieve their specific goals.
I believe that fitness isn’t just about physical appearance; it’s about overall well-being. My approach focuses on three key pillars: **Personalization, Motivation, and Education.** I work closely with each client to create customized workout plans that align with their unique goals, lifestyles, and preferences.
